Hi @justyna12gg.
This is not o2 customer services, and they will not pick up your message.
If you want to give your 30 day notice then please see the advice on the below link:
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/ba-p/566774#M56526
As you are near the end it would be worth asking to unlock your phone (either to use on another network or to sell on) - advice on the below link:
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/ba-p/1...
If you want to keep your number you will need to request your PAC code - again advice below.
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278
Finally as this is a public forum that can be found via google (other search engines are available), please return and remove your personal information.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here

Obviously learning from the mater 😉

Where would we be without the full info on cut and paste and all within 5 minutes! I bow to your dedication guys.

That would have been me maybe 10 years ago but it's just not worth the time and effort in my geriatric years. Too much going on in my life.

If I was a footballer I would be a sweeper, just leaning on the corner flag sending the enthusiastic ball boys to do the job 🤣
