downloading my bill

my bill will not download to my printer showing my number it only produces the bill details without my phone number

Try a different browser (not Edge) and make sure your PDF viewer is up to date.

Make sure you click 'download as pdf' and you should be ok. As said, preferably use Chrome or Firefox.
