I have tried contacting o2 in regards to my device plan after i had paid off my airtime plan months ago !

i still had the device plan , so last week , it said i owed around £230ish pounds , i paid the most it would allow me to pay which was £226.91 which left an outstanding amount of £5.99 so i then make a 2nd payment for the £5.99 and a week later its still telling me i still owe £5.99 which is not possible

Trying to contact them on their social media channels is getting frustrating as none of them are helping either !

You need to pick up the phone and speak to the Payment Management team so they can close the credit agreement.
