It says on the website we are unable to order click and collect directly to a store. This is becoming a real

inconvience since I am always on the go due to my job. It would be massively easier if they re-open their

click and collect service in store since that's how I got my last phone and the nice gentleman help set it up for me. Does anyone know the timeframe on this, it's been like this for almost 4 months now.

Sorry, I'm afraid there's nothing I can add. Click & Collect is currently unavailable in our stores while we work to keep our customers and colleagues safe and help customers avoid making trips to our stores if they don't have to. I've no details around when this is likely to change, but our store retail estate team will be reviewing this regularly to decide when is the right time to turn this functionality back on.

Keep an eye peeled on https://www.o2.co.uk/covid-19 which has all the latest info and advice.
