Hi im out of contract on my hand set almost so can now choose a cheaper tariff - they offered me 50gigs a month for £20 which is cheaper than what i am paying whilst paying off my handset. But when I click "choose this option" it just takes me to a page saying basket is empty.

When I try change tariff by checking options on the change tariff page it does not show me the £20 a month / 50 gb - just the standard more expensive tariffs.

I want to stay with O2 on a data only plan and only 1 more payment left of my phone - so how can I get a better monthly deal as it doesnt seem to be working when I try on the site thanks D.

Well they are showing but when you click the link and are re-directed to O2 you get the uh ohh page - page missing. tried in a number of browsers so the link through not working. No idea what going on with o2 with these offers as none are working even though they show as available again it seems on the uswitch site.

Seems to be working now

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Yes it did in the end. I never knew uswitch would offer much better deals than what you get from the O2 site direct. But maybe because I have for years been on a device plan - this will be the first year without one as no upgrade for me in 2024. The s24ultra just seems to incremental to warrant an upgrade from the 23ultra. I really like o2 and the coverage - plus it works great when in the EU so glad not to have to switch to another provider. cheers.

Assume you mean contracts

We are all customers here.

You will need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , X Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
