I have just received my latest bill which is far higher than normal. I managed to get hold of customer services but got cut off. I have an item on the bill for £150 and have been told it’s for a call to Armenia which I haven’t made. Carole Densum

Resolved! change plan to pay as you go

Hi there, I am on a sim only contract that ends in Mar 25 but I have moved abroad and do not use the line much. Can I move to pay as you go? I want to keep my line for when I come back to UK

Over charge

My bill has 2 charges above my contract cost why?

My existing 5GB sim only contract has expired and I am paying more than I should. The only options offered to me are all upgrades including mor3 data that I will never use. Why can’t I just renew at 5GB.
