Good afternoon,
I 'm currently out of UK since January 10th 2024 and l 've not been using my data nor making calls since then. To my surprise, l was sent a bill of £68 last month & £78 this as against my contract of £53. Same thing last year, from January to October 2023, l was not in UK and kept sending increased bills. I really need explanations to this.
My acct number is **Personal info**
Email is **Personal info**
Phone number is **Personal info**

This looks like something you’ll be able to do or check in the My O2 app. We have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it Guide: How-to guide for My O2 And don’t worry if you get stuck because there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.
If you still need help then the Social Media teams will be on hand, just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Thanks

Does your bill breakdown not tell you what the charges are for @Mike592 ?
Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
If you're phone is on but you are not answering calls then when they get transferred to voicemail they will be charged at the rate for the country you are in .
Should this be the case then you need to turn off voicemail.
