Hi im out of contract on my hand set almost so can now choose a cheaper tariff - they offered me 50gigs a month for £20 which is cheaper than what i am paying whilst paying off my handset. But when I click "choose this option" it just takes me to a page saying basket is empty.

When I try change tariff by checking options on the change tariff page it does not show me the £20 a month / 50 gb - just the standard more expensive tariffs.

I want to stay with O2 on a data only plan and only 1 more payment left of my phone - so how can I get a better monthly deal as it doesnt seem to be working when I try on the site thanks D.

Take the USwitch offer if you want 50GB.

Just follow the instructions given above

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Be sure not to order a new sim card, just use the one you have at the moment.

IMPORTANT as they will disconnect your current sim immediately until the new one arrives by Royal Mail and that could take a week @Dino1968

Yes, choose the upgrade option.

You will be asked if you want a new sim, just answer "No"

@Dino1968  You are right.Looks like O2 offers are changing, doubt O2 are giving up on USwitch though

The do change regularly and you have to jump when you see what you want.

@Dino1968

I've just checked on my PC and am getting exactly the same. The only O2 tariff available is via giffgaff.

Very weird considering all those I mentioned yesterday.

Yeah seems they pulled the offers and can see on a cached page they were some very decent ones. So annoying. maybe the Gods are pushing me just to go for a full upgrade and get a new handset 😉
