I HAVE HAD A RANDOM INCREASE. in my billing from £7.99 to £10.99. I only use one device my TV to watch Disney +. I do not want not do I ever want Disney + premium. Why has this happened. Please cancel Disney + premium and never sign me up for it again and may I have a refund please of the £3 you have changed extra immediately or off the next bill please.. and Some compensation for wasting my time as a good will gesture, I have been contacting Disney and they cannot do it but sent me here...... I tried Ai chat then a person and then sent me here this is taking up OVER an hour of my time .. just bene looking around O2 for away to amend this and cannot found it either.. it should be IMPOSSIBLE to sign up to a new service enless I authorise it and easy to change myself when I log in Neither of these things are easy.. hence my frustration and annoyance. I wish to pay £7.99 for Disney + only . None of this Disney + Premium service I simply do not want it... and want full refund of this extra charge... if you know how and why this has happened I would also like some explanation and reassurance this cannot happen again please.
