I changed tariff to cater for a stay abroad and was told to return to the shop at the end of that stay when we could return to  the cost to the original tarfiff.Nothing on the o2 website to help me as the shopis now temporarily closed.

All o2 wanted to do was sell me an even more expensive tariff.

You can change it in your MyO2 if on a flex tariff http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
