changing my tarrif

help please,i want to change my tarrif to a better one,but will this increase my contract or just stay the same?

Your contract will stay the same. Check in My O2 to see what tariffs are available to you or call 202 from your mobile.

It was my understanding that you can't change your tariff mid contract any more, if you took out the contract after March 2012?

So the only way for the OP to change tariff is when they renew their contract...

I think you can go up, but not down. A bit unfair, but that's the way it is now.
