Call customer services and they can ask you some security questions instead http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You might also wish to report the phone lost to preserve your account https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/m-p/1...

Hi @Anonymous how are you doing today? Did you manage to change your address in the end? Please have a look at MI5's advice above!

Additionally if you check the help page here, it recommends that you can also visit an O2 store in case you cannot receive the security PIN.

"If your device doesn't have a sim, you've not received it or your device has been lost or stolen, you'll need to visit an O2 store. Make sure you bring a passport or driving license with you."

Please do let us know how you're getting on.
