what phone are you using. check the coverage checker for issues in your area or if you have an iphone or android device, download the new my network app & check your coverage there

Also check with O2 that your account is paid and up to date but it would be good if you could elababorate somewat. Everyone has given you the usual reasons for your problem but the crystal ball has gone walkabout...think it's in the thread about submerging forums but seems to be goosed!
