Following the loss and stopping of my cards earlier this year auto top up is no longer available to me. The screen says
'Sorry, you can’t access auto top-up at the moment'.
I have tried to resolve this many times and despite promises of action I am still met with this message. Does any one know how to resolve this problem?

Technical problems are complex, so please, if you keep having issues you need to call customer services so they can help you with a full diagnostics and raise a case to investigate further if needed. Talk to a guru and they should be able to help you!

I'm using the community guide which is what it was written for in the first place. The problem re auto top up isn't fixed obviously but there ARE alternative ways to top up. I was providing that information...as others have no hesitation in doing ... on numerous occasions...

If we could get someone to give us more information... maybe we could even find out what the problem with the Auto top up is - if any! If works for us when we test it!
Please, please @Cleoriff, @MI5 and @jonsie, can you please let us know if you see more users with the problem?
