You obviously have some internet connection as you have posted on here? I would go into MyO2 and pay via that route. Or borrow a friends phone to pay using the long number in the link given by @jonsie

Pay online via my O2 or use the landline number in the contact link at the foot of the page.
Better yet, set up a direct debit to stop future issues.

I know this is Aan old post but i found this as i had the same problem ,what i did was contact the online chat and they lifted my bar so i could pay the bill

And that can work sometimes so worth a try. Normally though Live Chat are not recommended for this type of issue. If you are barred due to an account based problem or non payment of bill you really need to speak to Customer services to discuss options. Pleased live chat worked for you though @Anonymous
