billing

i have been billed on numerous occasions  from a company named deal alerts club 85222 i have not given permission for this company to deduct funds from my account my bill has trippled for the last to months we made a queery last month and told it was a company called media z well we let it go and thought that should be the end of it  but lo and behold our bill again has trippled ,can i possibly get a refund because their is no contact us for media z  or 85222
