i got an email and text to say i owed £3.08p

 

yet when i log on i cant find an option to pay

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

phoned them, because my account is now closed all i can do is pay with bank details they gave me on phone?

 

the lady seemed very distracted not sure if its legit
