You need to speak to the payment management team

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. It’s a free call

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You can do that yes, as long as you make the payment at least six working days before the due date. The direct debit will then be adusted to take the amount less the payment already made.

As long as it's at least 6 days before your DD is due, that should be OK.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
