Unless you requested for them to remove your O2 to O2 calls they cannot expect you to pay for that. (Didnt even think that was possible)

What bolt on it?

I can't find info on being able to remove O2 to O2 calls. I don't mean to be rude but is this definatly what has happened?

The shop and customer services both agree that this has happened but say its my word against the shop adviser.. What has happened to the old saying, the customers always right.
