bill pdf's

I used to be able to download a pdf of my Pay Monthly bill which was very useful fro keeping records and expense claims etc. My O2 seems to have been overhauled and I can't find that option now. Can anyone tell me where this option has gone?

Thank you I have edged out the edge and am using IE and it has worked. Pity O2 never suggested it.

Doubt if O2 would have known it was an issue....

There are so many issues concerning o2 and their systems that the community are usually the first to find out. All problems are fed back but there seems to be a bottleneck stopping the flow. We could blame Christmas and New Year but so many problems date back months. The community site itself is still causing problems months down the line despite assurances they would be resolved.

Hi guys,

I don't think anyone can open a pdf via Edge @Toby as the website is incompatible. I've tried all different types of settings but the problem seems to be with the inweb pdf viewer.
