I used to be able to download a pdf of my Pay Monthly bill which was very useful fro keeping records and expense claims etc. My O2 seems to have been overhauled and I can't find that option now. Can anyone tell me where this option has gone?

So it's Win 10 that appears to be the problem then? I have just used the other laptop in the house running Win 8 and it works on that. (My laptop runs Win 7)...

No, it's edge browser, or O2 compatibility with Edge issue.

Yes its definitely Edge, not Windows 10 as I used it to post the image above.
