It could be any number of reasons

- You have called a number outside of your free allowances
- You have sent some MMS (Picture or media messages)
- You have subscribed to a paid text service
- You have purchased something using charge to mobile
You would need to check your bill to see what the charges are for. We are a community of o2 customers and do not have access to other accounts.
