I started on a 12 month contract for £15 per month.
keeps going up in price every month?
Now there are loads of extra charges for phone calls and texts when I have unlimited minutes and unlimited texts.
I even got charged for calling my house phone which is ridiculous, Its not fair. There is a number I do not recognise that I've been charged for texting but there are no texts off my phone....
Is there a way out of the sim contract?
and is there a way to dispute some of the extra charges?
and why is there suddenly a VAT charge of 20% on top of the extra extra charges so that o2 can take extra money?
