Daughter lost her phone on holiday so got it blocked.
We now have the phone back and been waiting 2 days for it to be unblocked.
She can use all her apps etc but cannot make calls or text.
2 webchats later and now cannot contact them still cannot use it.
What else can we do?
To say am not happy is an understatement

well called customer services and still no further forward.
The agent told me that and insurance company blocked the phone yesterday and o2 will do nothing more.
There is no insurance on the phone with any one - its still under warranty with o2
I asked her why they have given a 3rd party access to my account without my authorisation
So now waiting on a manager calling me back.....
I am getting quite angry now

That sounds rubbish to me? How can insurance block the phone if you have no insurance? This is down to O2 in my opinion and you need to keep chasing them up...
