been waiting 2 days for a sim to be unnbarred

Daughter lost her phone on holiday so got it blocked.

 

We now have the phone back and been waiting 2 days for it to be unblocked.

 

She can use all her apps etc but cannot make calls or text.

 

2 webchats later and now cannot contact them still cannot use it.

 

What else can we do?

 

To say am not happy is an understatement

I have also asked for o2s data controllers details to report a breach of DPA as they have allowed a 3rd party to access my details without my consent

It's not a breach of dpa but it is a screw up.

I replied to the post/ as normal o2 are being crap as put on my facebook, i just said leave . thats all not asking or telling people to leave

Good luck, why do agents promise call backs with absolutely no intention of doing so or checking with the manager. Pathetic.
