Airtime rewards, really?

I have a Pay Monthly O2 account for my iPhone and Apple Watch, and I also have Airtime Rewards. I made a claim of £10 towards my bill yet it did not get deducted. Does anybody know why?

Resolved! Poor voice quality on E14

O2 has never been brilliant when it comes to voice quality on calls but recently (last 2 weeks) it is barely usable. Anyone around E14 that can confirm this? Three different phones, two different O2 lines and all are bad.
