Hi there I need some help!
My O2 phone got stollen this morning and I didn't have insurance. I visited an O2 store and they mentioned that I could get another contract out and combine the existing contract with the new one as I still need to pay off the device price can this be done and how

Not really no @Melanie4 .
You need to report the old phone stolen, which means both the phone and the sim will get blocked, and o2 will send out a new sim.
If you take out another contract then you will be paying for two phones (devices) and two sets of airtime as you cannot separate them out for a minimum of 2 years from when you signed the contract...
