Hello, thanks in advance.Lost my phone and ordered a replacement sim to replace the esim. Cannot get through O2 customer care for activating the new sim. Any other way, outside working hours to activate the replacement sim.Thanks.

Hi, my wife moved from Tesco mobile to O2 and that was a horlicks. Now she has moved from PAYG to pay monthly. She has got a new SIM with a new number but still wants to keep her old number. How do I go about getting her old number back.

Upgrade

I have a plan with virgin and it suits me, I want to upgrade phone only but the plans are double. How can I upgrade. If I cannot I will go elsewhere.

Hey all, I’m cracking up with this Apple Watch 8 being stuck on activating for the data plan. After countless calls to o2 and resetting, repairing the watch I’ve went from code 14,15 and 91 to activating but I can’t get any further.
