has anybody received an email which says it is from an o2 resolution expert which looks like a scam?
how can o2 increase prices by 8.8% mid contract, twice the rate of inflation? Customers who can switch can't avoid next increase as contracts are 18 or 24 months.

I have just purchased nearly new I-phone SE from o2 and ported my number over successfully but my Apps are not working on mobile data (I-data) everything works fine on WI-FI at home.
