I have just purchased nearly new I-phone SE from o2 and ported my number over successfully but my Apps are not working on mobile data (I-data) everything works fine on WI-FI at home.

You have mobile data on and apps have permission to use data?

Are you using your old sim or a new one?

just to check, if you have iData, change the APN to mobile.o2.co.uk and see if your apps work then.

Otherwise

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)  4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

Ported number over from Vodafone to new o2 sim. Found data set to 5g auto but I think phone is only 4g?

apn is irrelevant in the UK, as we have discussed before, it is only relevant when roaming.

You can change the network setting to 4g but that shouldn't make any difference either.
