I need to cancel my monthly contract and I read that you have to call 202 and give 30 days notice. This number doesn't work from Bolivia! How do I cancel my contract? Is there a different number I can ring?

Number port problem

I recently joined o2 and ported my old number across, everything is working fine but if i text someone the number from my new o2 sim appears and not my ported number, my number appears fine when i call someone but not the texts.
