I regret the day I got in contract with O2. What is so difficult in cancelling an account since January??? You keep charging my account via direct debit and claiming you would refund when I report this. Now I deleted the direct debit and you still charged my account.
I hope that isn’t going to reflect on my credit account as a missed payment. I hope I have the power to bring you down cos you frustrate me a lot. I spend an average of 2 hours monthly on a call with your customer service and they always claim to resolve it.
Why on earth is this so difficult??? Cancel the damn line and refund me.

Not a good idea to cancel your DD as O2 will just sell the debt and negatively impact your credit score.
