O2 price rise

Nice one O2, so all your pre january customers can go blow but any new customers are protected by the Ofcom ruling? I've had two contract phones with you for years but you really know how to (edited) on people! Last time I'll bother with your service...

Resolved! O2 App not letting me sign in

I used the My O2 App all the time to check my bill, i went to sign in today and it's saying that my account isn't associated to a consumor pay monthly number when it's been the same number for two years. any idea's on what i should do?
