I paid everything they asked for, yet it hasn't made the slightest difference. Why?

Take into account their may be a slight delay in your payment showing.

As fellow customers also we cannot access your account.

You will need to phone O2 Customer Services on 202 from an O2 powered phone or From a landline 0844 809 0202 > 5p / min for official clarification.

It still shows that I owe the money, although I paid the full amount.

 

I'll keep an eye on it. If there's nothing by Friday I'll give them a ring. I've received acknowledgements and it shows in my payment history, but just hasn't updated on the "Total amount due".
