Sim Lock

I had a Sony Xperia Z2 with O2 and it was destroyed, but the Sim was fine. I put it in another phone, which is unlocked, but I cant use the Sim? I can use the phone okay but I keep getting asked for a Sim unlock pin. Anyone know a solution?
