Resolved! Upgrade standard contract not O2 refresh

I want to upgrade to a Note 9, but don't want to go onto a refresh contract. The only reason for this is my employer will pay for bill each month, so if it's refresh then I will be paying the device side. It would be silly of me to go down that route...
