Hi I don’t have a good credit score so is it worth getting a cheaper phone on contract then save up and pay it off and then get a top of the range iPhone? Is that allowed and how long can you wait before you upgrade the cheaper phone ?

Data issues yet I’m on unlimited

Hey! I recently upgraded to new phone. My o2 account online is saying I have no data left but I’m on an unlimited plan!!! I tried the conversation on o2 app but they do not understand. Anyone else had this since upgrading??

How does Switch Up work for phones with long delivery times? I want the 16 Pro Max but there's no delivery expected for 3 weeks at least. If I pay the £1.00 up front fee, go through the motions etc, will O2 expect me to send in my existing device now...
