I have just started a SIM only contract with O2 and the SIM arrived only today. I popped it in and realised that the number for my phone had completely changed. This shouldn't be the case as I made sure to enter the PAC code from my previous provider...

Resolved! Monthly Data

I have 5GB data + 15GB data bilt on giving me 20GB a month.I have used about 4GB and recieved a text from O2 telling me I've used 80 per cent of my data and giving me a number to call to top up. If I go over 5GB does the bolt on not kick in ?
