Too long delivery

I place order on 15.09.2024 and my order must be delivered on 17.09.2024, but still not delivered, I only receive everyday texts about delivery dates changes.

Order stuck in basket

As I had £69 credit on my pay as you go has this been transferred to my contract. I paid £6 by direct debit.and I waas told at the 02 shop that I would not have to pay until september 2025
