hi I have made a payment to my bill yesterday and today you've taken payment again for my bill, can I get my money back today as I need it to pay other bills

When paying by direct debit then any manual payments must be made at least 6 days before the direct debit due date which is why the payment has been taken again
You made the mistake of paying a day before
This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You should just leave the bill to be paid by direct debit in future or pay manually at least 7 days before the DD date.
You'll need to ask O2 but the refund process isn't quick.
It can be left to cover next months bill.
