Resolved! When will my old number port across to O2?

Hi, yesterday I ordered a new pay monthly contract and supplied my PAC code. I got the new sim today but I don’t know when my old number will port to the new sim.

No Data (Internet) in Bury St Edmunds

No mobile data at all (can't access WhatsApp, etc...) in Bury St Edmunds for the last three days. Network checker says mast near my area is not working as it shoud. Called O2 but they don't give me any indication of when will the problem be resolved....
