My sim only contract was coming to an end so took the option given to me to stick with a plan similar to what i had. This tariff said disnet plus 12 months, now i have to select my extra and the only option is to have 6months disney plus this wasnt what was offered to me. I would add a screen shot but im not aure how to share a picture on here from a mobile.

This isn't customer services, best thing to do is speak to customer services, on 202 from your o2 phone, and explain this to them .
You may need to provide proof that this was offered to you, as I cant see any tariffs with 12months free disney plus.
