Hi, I've just upgraded from a Samsung s10e to a Samsung S21 5G. The offer says I can get an additional £150 on my phone recycling, by putting my Order number in the Promo code. I have done this, but just says invalid code. Any thoughts, please?

Resolved! Next day replacement handset

Can anyone help,I'm waiting for a replacement phone as I dropped this one n cracked my screen. I'm paying £45 excess for 24 hour replacement. No despatch e-mail,nothing in my orders page of my o2 app. Really not happy!
