so I wanted to pay off my device and change to a sim only plan, put my PayPal details in when checking out and nothing has happened. It shows in my PayPal the money has gone out but no confirmation of the switch or anything? Any help please

Resolved! Latest Bill Higher Than Expected

Just got my latest bill through. No added charges for calls or MMS messages or anything like that, but my monthly bill is now a little bit higher than previous. Did we get notice that this would be happening? I don't remember receiving anything?

I’ve tried to call the o2 customer services to cancel my insurance but the call is being terminated because my call is not about an upgrade or cancellation. How else can I cancel my phone insurance because it is just too expensive for me. Thank you.
