each time I top up I try to set up auto top up and each time it tells me to try later what is the problem? I need to top up when money is low so what do I do

I have the same but when I tried to set up auto top up I also had the message that you can only have one email address associated with one number. The system recognised that it was a pay monthly account despite having 2 p&g numbers linked. Maybe there is a way round it but at the time I decided to port that number to EE instead.
