I would like to cancel my contract and get the PAC number, what can I do?

Call CS on 202.
They will give you a settlement fee (depending on time left of contract) and provide you with your PAC.

What sort of contract are you on? You would need to pay off the device if on Refresh ...or the amount owing if on a normal contract... have a look at this help thread...

Edited to add...if you settle payment on your contract you can then ask for your PAC to move to another network. It will be valid for 30 days after issue. Do not cancel your direct debit until your account is cleared
