Any idea what's going on with the agents at the moment? Been trying all day to get in contact with one to get advice on a new upgrade. i've been trying for well over 4 hours now. Nothing at all.
Trying to seek advice on whether or not to continue, leave or discuss a deal. Already been in touch with vodafone who are offering me a cracking deal. I've been with o2 for well over a decade however and would prefer to stay.

Call CS & choose the option for leaving. They may give you a small discount on a new tariff

Been trying the live chat since 1pm. Still trying atm but there must be an issue with the site itself. I arranged my last contract through agents so figured i'd give it another bash this time.

Do they help anyway I have found the customer service to be bad from day one I,m still being charged for a phone I don,t have spoke to them a number of times got no where sent a e,mail complaint to them still waiting so don,t hold up much hope for any help.
