i have 2 phones on my account , i cannot access the 2nd phone details , any ideas ?

You need a separate email and My O2 for the other account

Similar issue and this response makes sense, however history dictates that both phones that I own are set up on the same email and I can not access one because when I log in on My O2 it can only take me to one of my phones and I can not access the other. Any advice?

You need a different email address to register the other sim against.
