Wrong contract given

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi everyone, I've just ordered an upgrade through the O2 chat window, and I was given a really good deal on a Sim only upgrade. Now I've got the email and it's not the one I ordered! Is there a way to contact O2 again – tonight – to let them know?! Phone and chat is closed. I can't find an email address anywhere, and the email I was sent is no reply.

Sorry if I posted this is in the wrong board! I'd appreciate any and all replies. My new contract is due to start tomorrow.

Thanks,

monnieg

What isn't right about it?
If it's a discounted contract, it will be discounted through your MyO2

If it's something else you will have to call in the morning from 8.00am, but do it early to avoid the queues.

I was offered 5gb data for £13.00 or 10gb for £16.00, but the email I was sent says 5gb for £16! (I chose the £13.00).

But I see that the link you sent me might explain things - perhaps that's what they will do - apply the discount as a bolt on. I'll wait till morning!

thanks very much!

It’s usually how they do it.
You can always call to check as it may not show immediately.
