Yesterday I set auto top-up for the 26th of every month. However, your system took £10 off yesterday. And then immediately afterwards £2 was charged for services I didn't order.
Why did the system charge me early and what will happen now on the 26th, will you charge me another £10 again. I am upset.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Hi Jonsie, Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't speak English well and can't call them on the phone. I feel more comfortable chatting so I can use a translator. I heard that there is Live Chat, but I couldn't find it on the O2 website. Do you know Live Chat?

You need to tag members so they see you have asked them a question, like this @jonsie

Sorry @Halyna_St only just seen this
As you don't speak very good English follow the advice in my first reply and use the social media links as others have since suggested too.
Yes two threads the same with an alternate user name which I would also assume to be @Halyna_St
